ABOUT
Beretta Bros. & Associates, Inc. represents a long association with the building trades business. It all began in the early 1970’s when Greg and Tim Beretta graduated number one in their class from Central Nine (building trades) located in Greenwood, Indiana. After graduating with honors and receiving the Central Nine Achievement Award, they began to apply their knowledge by working as framing and interior trim carpenters. Thereafter, Tim was selected to teach building trades at Central Nine and after seven years of teaching, he returned to framing full-time. Meanwhile, Greg continued framing and in 1979 formed his own construction business as a framing subcontractor for other prestigious home builders on the south side of Indianapolis and Johnson County.

In 1986 Greg and Tim decided to expand the business beyond framing, and began building custom homes. It was then that Beretta Bros. & Associates Inc. was formed. Tim worked as a framer until 1989 when he decided to specialize in interior trim. Because of this, homes built by Beretta Bros. are occasionally framed and always trimmed by the owners. Another brother, Tony, has worked as a framer since 1979 and is now part owner of the business. Tony's role today is field supervisor. His duties consist of monitoring the homes while under construction, consulting with suppliers and subcontractors, and he participates in the actual construction process. Yet another brother, Mark, works part time as our architect and CAD designer. The fifth brother, Matthew, presently assists Tim as a trim carpenter. Wanda, the boys' mother, was responsible for the bookkeeping for several years until retiring in 1999. Ron, the father, was a sales representative and performed administrative duties until his passing in 2018. Consequently, Beretta Bros. & Associates Inc. is a family owned and operated business.
